These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vera ("the app"), developed and operated by Vera ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Vera is a personal wellness and habit-tracking app designed to support your 66-day transformation journey. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Account and Data

Vera does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Vera may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All payments are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information. Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund process.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the app — including text, graphics, flower illustrations, icons, and design elements — is owned by Vera and protected by copyright. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any app content.

5. User Content

Content you create in the app (progress photos, reflection notes, mood entries) remains yours. This content is stored locally on your device and is not accessed, collected, or shared by us.

6. Health Disclaimer

Vera is a wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a medical or health service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Tasks and suggestions are for general wellness purposes only. Consult a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to data loss resulting from device failure or app deletion.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Apple's Standard EULA

In addition to these Terms, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
